Her AI Build-a-Thon LIVE · Dallas, TX

Walk in overwhelmed.
Walk out with a system that runs.

One morning in Dallas to finally make AI work for your business — built with you, in the room, not preached at you from a stage.

For the woman who knows AI could help, but is tired of duct-taping tools together at 11pm.

This one is the big one: you are installing an entire AI executive team — a Chief of Staff and 20 ready-made skills already written for marketing, sales, and operations.

After

An executive team.

Every one of those open tabs belongs to someone now. And they report to you — not the other way around.

  • A right hand who runs the day for you
  • A team that already knows your business
  • Work that gets finished while you sleep

That shift? That’s the whole morning.

If any of this is you

You’re not behind. You’ve just never had it built with you.

These are real words from women exactly like you. If they land, this room was made for you.

  • “I paid for the pro plan, spent six hours this weekend, and got nowhere.”

    Burned by the hype

  • “My stuff is everywhere — journals, voice notes, screenshots, five apps. I keep dropping the ball.”

    Scattered everything

  • “AI is the unicorn everyone else seems to understand, and I don’t.”

    Quietly stuck

  • “I refuse to let the business I built get run into the ground — but this pace can’t last.”

    Holding it all together

On September 30, we stop the drowning — together, in one room, in one morning.

What you build in Dallas

Meet your AI C-Suite. You stay CEO.

Not a cute little bot that does one thing. Executives who bring you decisions with the work already attached — and never publish, send, or spend without your yes. They come pre-built. You are installing them, not building them.

  • Your inbox is handled before you open it.
  • A week of content drafted from one recording.
  • Every lead briefed, every failed payment rescued, every at-risk client spotted early.

Operations

7 skills, already written

Each dot is one skill that already exists. You install it. You don’t write it.

Twenty skills, already built. Three departments. One executive who runs them all.

This is not a folder of things to read later. Each skill is a job that already exists, with the instructions already written — you hand it your business and it goes to work. One role, one job, no reading list.

Your team

Twenty people you don’t have to hire, train, or pay.

Three departments, already staffed. Here is what each one takes off your plate — and none of it is something you have to sit down and write.

The first hire

Your Chief of Staff

Reports to you. Runs everyone else.

You get one right hand, and she is the only one you really have to talk to. She interviews you about how your business actually works, writes the job descriptions for everyone else, hires them when you are ready, and checks in once a week to tell you what worked and what broke. When you want something done, you ask her — she goes and gets the right person for it.

  • Runs your intake interviews
  • Writes every job description
  • Keeps the roster and the organizational chart
  • Decides what runs on a schedule
  • Reports back every week

She arrives without a name. You name her yourself. It is the last step of the install, and it is the moment the room goes quiet.

Department one

Marketing & Content

Led by your Chief Marketing Officer

Your marketing department is awake before you are. Overnight it reads your industry and hands you a short digest instead of a scroll. It takes one recording — a talk, a client call, a voice note in the car — and turns it into a full week of content for every platform you post on. Your newsletter gets drafted in your voice, not in generic AI voice. Your captions, carousels and reply drafts get written. It even watches how your business shows up when someone asks ChatGPT or Google a question, and fixes it when you slip.

Nothing publishes without you. Every piece lands as a draft with your name on the approve button.

Department two

Sales & Growth

Led by your Chief Sales Officer

This is the department most of us are running on memory and good intentions. Now: the moment someone raises a hand, they get followed up with — and the follow-up stops the second they reply, so nobody ever gets that awkward third email. Failed payments get caught the same day, with a warm note already written for you to send. Clients who have gone quiet get flagged before they cancel, not after. Every inbound pitch arrives pre-sorted into yes, no, or needs more information. And when you need a proposal, a signature talk, or a straight answer to the objection you keep hearing, it gets written from your real offers and your real numbers.

The money leaks close first. Most women feel this department before they feel any of the others.

Department three

Operations

Led by your Chief Operating Officer

Operations is where your hours actually disappear, so this is where you notice it first. Your inbox gets read, sorted and drafted before you open it — anything legal or angry flagged straight to you, never auto-answered. Every call turns into clean notes and a weekly recap. Your numbers show up once a month as plain English answers instead of a spreadsheet you have to interpret. The messy way you explain things out loud becomes written standard operating procedures anyone can follow. New clients get welcomed and tracked so nobody is left sitting in silence.

And one thing you never delegate: every Monday, a single brief that tells you what actually matters this week.

Twenty already written

Your Chief of Staff is hired before lunch.

How the morning runs

Three moves, in this order.

You hire an AI team the way you would hire a human one — one person at a time, starting with the one who runs everyone else. Nobody leaves having built twenty things. You leave having hired.

  1. 1

    Hire your Chief of Staff

She interviews you about your business, then installs as your right hand. You will start a simple folder of your brand assets so she has something real to work from — that takes minutes, not the morning. Then you give her a name.

Leave with your Chief of Staff named and working

  2. 2

Put her on the job that’s eating your week

You pick the task you are sickest of doing yourself. She writes the job description, brings in the right team member, and it runs on your actual work before the morning is over. Not a demo account. Your inbox, your leads, your calls.

Leave with your first hire doing real work

  3. 3

Set the rules, then let it run

Who approves what. Where the reports land. What runs on a schedule and what waits for your say-so. This is the part that makes it safe to close the laptop — and the part most people never get to on their own.

Leave with a team that runs without you watching

The other seventeen are waiting in your library. You bring them on when you want them — one at a time, the same way.

The operating rules

Six rules that keep the team safe.

Every role adapts to the way you already do things, and to how much you want to let go of. Nothing publishes, sends, or spends without the approval you decide on.

  1. 01

    One skill per team member.

One domain, one job description. No context-switching.

  2. 02

Every team member has a human approver.

Nothing publishes, sends, or spends without a named human saying yes.

  3. 03

Everyone works from the same brief.

Change your offer once and the whole team updates at once. You never re-explain your business.

  4. 04

    Reports land in one channel.

With a full audit trail behind every action.

  5. 05

    Scheduled tasks are earned.

On demand first. Schedule only after proven output.

  6. 06

Your Chief of Staff reviews the team weekly.

She flags what worked, what broke, and what to build next.

The method They bring you the decision with the work already done. You stay CEO.

Is this room for you?

Built for the woman who already runs the show.

This isn’t a beginner class and it isn’t a code school. Here’s who thrives in the room — and who doesn’t.

This is for you if…

  • You own a real business and you’re past the beginner stage
  • You’re non-technical — and proud of it
  • You know AI could help, but it feels complicated and overwhelming
  • You’re a solopreneur or run a small team (under 20)
  • You’re done consuming videos and ready to actually build
  • You’re willing to invest in the tools that make it work

This isn’t for you if…

  • You’re pre-revenue or launching your very first week
  • You want to learn to code or become an engineer
  • You’re looking for a magic button that needs zero effort
  • You refuse to ever pay for the tools you use
  • You’d rather keep watching than build something real
  • You already run a large, fully-staffed operation

Who you’ll learn from

Learn from a woman who’s actually done it.

Not a guru. Not bro-marketing. A certified partner who runs two brands and 18 properties on this exact system.

She runs two brands and 18 properties on about four hours a week, using the exact library of AI systems you’ll build in the room. On September 30, she hands you the same team she uses — in plain, non-technical language.

Questions

Before you save your seat.

I’m not technical. Is this going to go over my head?

No. This room is built for non-technical founders on purpose — nothing is taught in code, and nothing assumes you know what any of it means. What you do need is a real business to point it at. This is not a beginner class about what AI is.

Am I going to leave with homework?

No, and that is the whole point. The twenty skills are already written. You are installing them, not building them. You will leave with your Chief of Staff named and one team member already working — not a folder of things to set up later.

Do I have to set up all twenty?

Please don’t. You hire two people in the room. The rest sit in your library until you want them, and you bring them on one at a time. Installing everyone at once burns through your usage limits and gives you sloppy work you won’t trust.

Will it send things without asking me?

Only if you decide it can. Every team member has a named human approver — you — and nothing publishes, sends, or spends without a yes. Anything on a schedule has to earn it first by proving its work while you watch.

What do I need to bring?

A laptop with Claude already downloaded to the desktop, a charger, and your real business — the actual tasks you are sick of doing. The desktop app is what makes this a build-a-thon instead of a watch-a-thon, so we send pre-work to make sure you arrive ready.

What does it run on, and will I be paying for more tools?

Claude, on your desktop. That’s it — no extra software and nothing else to buy from us. You should expect to pay for your own Claude account, and being willing to invest in the tool is part of what makes this work.

Will this work with the tools I already use?

Yes. Your team reaches into Gmail, Google Calendar, Canva, Airtable, Stripe, Slack, Zapier and more. Nothing gets ripped out and replaced.

Can I bring my business partner or someone from my team?

Yes, and it tends to work better. There’s a Bring a Friend add-on at checkout — a second seat for $72.75, about 25% off. Each person needs her own laptop. Partners and small teams walk out running the same team to the same standards.

Is it recorded? Can I do it virtually?

No. This is live and in person in Dallas only. The value is in installing your team with help in the room, not watching someone else do it.

What’s the refund policy?

This is a no-refund event. Seats are limited and held for women who are ready to build, so please only register if September 30 is a firm yes.
