Get Out of the Weeds. Train Claude to Handle the Repeated Work.
In two hours. In your voice. Without you.
On Wednesday, August 5, we build the 15 Claude Skills that teach your AI how your business actually runs: your voice, your offers, your leads, your follow-up, your recaps, your reports, your client onboarding, and the tasks you are tired of explaining every week. You explain your business once. She runs it forever.
Never been to a Build-a-Thon? Perfect. This is a 101.
Grab Seat #23 of 30Two months ago, you had to re-teach AI every morning. Now you train her once.
In April, Claude Cowork turned AI from an advisor into a worker. 65 women hired their first AI employee in one room, and that Build-a-Thon filled almost overnight. Then every one of us hit the same wall.
You hired her.
AI became the worker. You became the director.
She forgets.
Brilliant employee. No training manual. Same questions every single day.
The fix shipped.
Plain-English instruction files she finds and follows on her own. Written once. Obeyed forever.
You train her.
The first Skills Build-a-Thon. We write 15 of them. Together. Live.
Build #15. 15 skills. That's not a coincidence. That's the assignment. You don't need to have attended anything before this. You walk in with a Claude account. You walk out with a trained employee.
One CEO. Eight humans. A workforce of AI employees. This is what a 4-hour work week looks like — no headcount added.
Paper notes. Screenshots. Prompts. Calendars. No wonder Claude keeps missing the point.
You have handwritten notes from the client call. Screenshots of examples you want Claude to copy. Prompts saved in one place. A dashboard started in another. A calendar that sort of syncs. A spreadsheet that almost works. A CRM with half the story.
And then you open Claude and expect it to somehow know what matters. That is not an AI problem. That is a training and context problem. Your AI is not broken. Your business is scattered. I call it context rot, and Skills fix it at the root.
You explain it once. She remembers forever.
Your voice rules, your formats, your standards load themselves the moment the right task shows up. On every device. Every time.
You re-explain your business every morning.
Mega-prompts. Prompt vaults in Google Docs. Copy, paste, repeat. That's not training. That's carrying the manual to her desk out loud.
The gap is not who has access to AI. The gap is who has trained it. I run my two brands on a library of skills. My listing writer. My hook generator. My competitor scout. My daily content engine. My voice rules that every other skill obeys. August 5, we build yours live.
Meet two people who walked out with it done.
Real attendees. Real screens. Real results, on camera.

15 production skills. 3 lanes. 2 hours. Your business.
This is a Build-WITH, not a watch-and-take-notes. You bring a laptop. We write real skills into your real Claude account, in your words, for your business. No theory. You walk out with the library running.
The Money Lane
The skills that touch revenue.
- Leads followed up in your voice, with your offer, before they go cold
- Proposals and objections handled from your actual sales process
- Your client wins turned into proof that sells for you
The Hours-Back Lane
The skills that hand you back your calendar.
- Recaps, reports, and SOPs that write themselves, formatted the way you decided once
- Client onboarding that runs without you chasing steps
- A weekly brief that catches what you'd otherwise miss
The Content Engine
A week of content without the blank page.
- Posts, emails, and hooks drafted from one sitting
- One recording turned into a week of content
- Everything sounds like you, never like generic AI
The exact 15 get picked with you, in the room, for YOUR business. Plus the Skill Builder template itself: when you think of skill #16 on the drive to school pickup, you'll know how to build it in 10 minutes.
Your AI employee needs three things.
A workspace, a brain, and training manuals. That is how AI becomes an employee instead of another tab.
The Workspace
Covered in your Hire Your First AI Employee bonus. Claude needs a clean place to work, a simple command rhythm, and enough setup that the live build never feels like starting from zero.
The Brain
Covered in your Second Brain Vault bonus. Claude needs a place where your offers, notes, standards, links, and examples live outside one random chat.
The Training Manuals
This is Build-a-Thon #15. Claude needs Skills: plain-English instruction files that tell her how to write, sell, follow up, recap, report, and deliver to your standards.
Second Brain = memory. Claude Skills = instructions. Workspace. Brain. Training manuals. Built and connected live on August 5.
Every Claude Pro user has hit it. The dreaded "you've reached your usage limit." The hour-long wait while your day stalls. The reason most people quit on their AI before it ever pays off.
Last month, just one of our businesses ran 11,008 AI tasks. We almost never hit rate limits. Here's why. A trained skill doesn't ask Claude to think from scratch every time. It pulls from a pre-built structure. The same format. The same brand files. Claude reads less, returns faster, and saves the rate limit for the work that actually matters.
The hard part is building the structure. It took me months of trial and error to land on what works. That is exactly what you walk away with on August 5. My structure. Pre-built. Written into your workspace.
You skip the months. You start with the machinery.
From real attendees. In their own words.
Pulled straight from the rooms. Physicians, nurses, investors, founders.
I now run my business with 7 AI specialists. Each one has a name, a role, and a lane they own. Before this, I was the bottleneck. Now each function has a specialist, and I just route the work.
Thank you SO much, Dr. Rachel! This was OUTSTANDING and finally I have AI Agents saving me tons of time! Super cool! LOVED it!!!!
I stole Rachel's structure and turned it into my own script. Today I crossed $1M in lifetime sales.
Most AI sessions talk through things and show their screen. Yours actually anchored us. Step by step. Click by click.

Two employees already doing the WORK for me this am. Thanks Rachel.
30 minutes in, Cowork took 10 hours of work off the plate of someone on my team. It will save 5 to 10 hours a week, every week.
I finished up a podcast episode and half of the episode is how I am using AI in my business and with my clients. Thank you for not leaving me where I was at!
It created 65+ tasks with descriptions and subtasks in Asana off a huge brain dump. LIFE CHANGING!!
Rachel helped me fix one of my AI automations saving me time and streamlining the process! THANK YOU! AND!!! Gave me insight into how to make myself and my business future proof... which also levels up all my clients! RISING TIDE LIFTS ALL BOATS! LETS GO!
I've had this idea for months but didn't know how to build it! THANK YOU!!!
I just created all the agents I need to work and function with. Loving the ideas and prompts and the briefs. Keeps me organized and focused. Also connected Gamma and posted my first LinkedIn AI post.
I have 4 employees working right now and I'm super excited to create a dashboard for my clinic. This morning was the best morning ever.
Girl. You have leveled up my social media game in an exponential way.

Rachel, you are so generous with your time and talents. That training was just perfect and I am so grateful for you!
AI automation with Rachel is setting up to be life changing!!!!
14 builds. 14 rooms of receipts. August 5 makes 15.
Build-a-Thon. Not Watch-a-Thon.
You are not buying a recording. You are not buying a course. You are not buying another folder of prompts you will swear you will organize later.
You are buying a live seat in a room where we build the thing together. At 5 PM Eastern on Wednesday, August 5, you open Claude. You open the template. We write the skills. We test the output. We tighten the instructions. We make it sound like your business.
By 7 PM, your AI employee has her first training manual library. If you want to watch someday, do not buy this ticket. If you want to build live, this room is for you.
Build-a-Thon #12 · 21 builders in the room. August 5 makes 15.
Dr. Rachel Gainsbrugh
“I don't work harder. I build the AI that does.”
Featured on Netflix's Buy My House. Built 17 SaaS products, designed 400+ custom GPTs, and grew her content from 7K to 962K Facebook views in 12 months — running two brands and 18 properties on four hours a week. On August 5, she hands you the same system.
Here is what is inside Her AI Empire.
You're not learning AI from someone who read about it. You're building with a certified partner who runs two brands and 18 properties on this exact system.
Anthropic Certified Partner.
Certified by the company that makes Claude. The same partner network that serves enterprise teams, teaching the business-owner version of Skills on August 5.
4× Anthropic Certified. The receipts, not just the badge.
One trained employee. Every tool you already use.
No rip-and-replace. The 15 skills we write on August 5 run inside Claude and reach into the tools already running your business. Gmail. Calendar. Canva. Airtable. Stripe. Slack.
Your Brand Voice skill sits at the center, and every other skill obeys it. You bring the business. The skills connect the pieces.
The most expensive prompt is the one you keep rewriting.
You do not feel the cost because it leaks out in 12-minute chunks: the voice setup, the follow-up reminder, the recap format, the make-this-sound-like-me pass. The time is already being spent.
| Line item | Before | After August 5 |
|---|---|---|
| Brand voice setup before every task | 20 minutes | Skill loads the standard |
| Weekly content draft | 2–3 hours | Review a trained draft |
| Lead follow-up email | Blank page | Draft from your sequence |
| Meeting recap | 45 minutes | Clean first pass |
| Proposal draft | 90 minutes | Structured draft to polish |
Members have reported the ticket paying for itself the first week. Individual outcomes vary based on business type, effort, and implementation.
Every other room teaching Claude Skills was built for engineers.
The flagship Claude Skills cohort runs 4 weeks, asks for 5 to 6 hours a week, and gets you 3 to 5 skills. It's excellent. It's also built for corporate teams, currently sold out, and costs more than this ticket.
The agentic AI bootcamps run $890 to $2,499 and teach frameworks with names like LangChain and CrewAI. You will never need those words to run your business. The free courses and the $13 video courses are generic by design. Nobody sits with you while you build.
Here's the gap. Nobody is putting business owners in a live room, building a complete skill library WITH them, in one evening, for $297. That's the room I built. Researchers at Stanford, Berkeley, and Oxford found structured skills improve AI output by 16 to 52 percentage points. The tech is proven. The missing piece is a room where someone like you actually installs it.
This is likely the last Build-a-Thon we open to the public.
For 15 builds, anyone with $297 and a laptop could sit in this room. That season is closing. After Build 15, the plan is to move Build-a-Thons inside the mastermind, where members get every future build, every replay, and monthly live calls.
Here's the honest reason why. Each build now stacks on the last one. A public room starts from zero every time, and I end up re-teaching foundations instead of going deeper. Inside the mastermind, I know everyone's business, the work compounds month over month, and the builds get more advanced. The format is graduating. This is the last build before it does.
One honest note about the format. This session is built to be experienced live, and it is live only. Skills get written in your account, in your words, and half the value is raising your hand mid-build and getting unstuck in 90 seconds. The full honest answer on replays is in the FAQ below.
Six boxes. All true? You're ready.
- I have a Claude Pro or Max account active on August 5
- I know my business well enough to explain one process out loud
- I have two uninterrupted hours blocked for Wednesday, August 5, 5 to 7 PM Eastern
- I have at least three tasks I repeat weekly (content, follow-up, recaps, anything)
- I plan to show up live (this one is live only)
- I have a laptop or desktop. Phones won't work for this build.
If you can check all six, you are ready. If you can't, that's okay. But I can't promise there will be another public room like this one.
Your GPT knowledge transfers. Skills are the upgrade: they stack, they connect, and agents run them for you.
Decide before you buy.
This is for you if:
- You use Claude or ChatGPT daily but re-explain your business in every single chat
- You have a prompt vault in Google Docs you're tired of copy-pasting
- You're brand new to Build-a-Thons (August 5 is a 101, built for first-timers)
- You came to Cowork 101 and your AI employee is built but under-trained
- You want the actual skill library format I run my two brands on
- You're still building your offer (recaps, research, content, and SOP skills start working before you have anything to sell)
- You're ready to build live, not watch and bookmark
This is not for you if:
- You've never opened Claude and don't plan to before August 5 (start with the Hire Your First AI Employee training in your bonus stack, then come)
- You're planning to buy it and "watch someday" (this room rewards the women who show up)
- You want to learn to code (zero code in this room)
Three assets. One $297 ticket.
Both bonus vaults unlock in your portal the week before the live session. Watch on your time. Walk into August 5 already caught up.
Hire Your First AI Employee
The complete Cowork 101 training, recorded live in the room where 65 women hired their first AI employee, edited down to the build.
- Set Up Cowork Right. Desktop, Chrome extension, brand dossier. The setup that makes Cowork sound like you, not generic AI.
- Build Your Command Center. The five-item daily brief that runs every morning. Calendar, inbox, revenue, AI news. Before your first coffee.
- Hire Your First AI Agent. The exact slash-command build. Members are running Maverick, Fiona, and Veil from this same sequence.
- The Night Janitor + Scheduled Tasks. Auto-organize 11,000 messy files, then put your new employee on repeat.
The Second Brain Vault
The complete Build 14 training, recorded live and edited tight. The knowledge system that makes every AI tool sound exactly like you. Your 15 new skills will live inside it, organized from day one.
- The Build Kit. A step-by-step portal where every prompt is copy-and-paste ready. If you can paste, you can build.
- The Starter Five. Your business brain in 5 files AI reads before every task.
- The Vault. The advanced folder architecture pulled from 19 top second-brain builders, set up in one sitting.
- The Second Brain Skill. Upload once, answer a few questions, walk away with a fully structured vault.
- Power-Ups. Morning briefs, weekly auto-updates, and automated syncing, already written for you.
The August 5 Live Build
The session itself. Two hours live with me in the room. Build-with format, 15 skills installed, plus bonus Q&A if we run over. Build Kit and pre-work video delivered the moment you arrive.
Your seat in the room.
| Hire Your First AI Employee (Cowork 101 training) | $297 |
| The Second Brain Vault (Build 14 training) | $297 |
| The August 5 Live Build | $297 |
| Total Stack Value | $891 |
| Your Investment Today | $297 |
Both bonuses are complete trainings, recorded live and edited tight. In your portal the moment you check out.
One skill that saves you 30 minutes a day pays for this room in two weeks. You're building 15.
Grab Seat #23 of 30I am a retired pharmacist. I used to work 14-hour shifts on my feet, and I built two businesses on my lunch breaks. People ask how I run Her AI Empire, Short Term Gems, and 18 properties in four hours a week. The honest answer is that I stopped prompting my AI and started training her.
Every piece of content, every listing, every competitor report, every follow-up in my business runs through a skill I wrote once. My expertise, written down one time, executed forever. That library took me months to figure out. On August 5 you build yours in two hours, with me in the room, in the exact format mine runs on.
Here's the part I care about most. Your expertise is the one ingredient AI cannot manufacture. Twenty years of pharmacy, or nursing, or law, or design, or motherhood-forged logistics. That's yours. Skills are how it stops living only in your head and starts working for you while you sleep.
If God called you out of your day job to build something bigger, this is how you protect the wisdom you brought with you.
See you August 5.

Questions, answered honestly.
What exactly is a Claude Skill?
A plain-English instruction file Claude reads on her own the moment a matching task shows up. Think of it as a training manual for your AI employee. Instead of re-explaining your voice, format, offer, or workflow every time, you write the standard once and Claude follows it every time after.
Why do Skills matter if I already have good prompts?
Prompts depend on you remembering to paste the right instructions every time. Skills give Claude reusable standards she loads herself before the work starts. It's the difference between reading the manual out loud at her desk every morning and handing her the manual once.
I'm not technical. Can I really build a skill?
Yes. A skill is a set of instructions written in plain English inside a text file. If you can write a note to a new hire, you can write a skill. The hard part is knowing the format and the traps, and that's exactly what I hand you.
I use ChatGPT, not Claude. Should I still come?
The build happens in Claude, and your ticket requires a Claude Pro or Max account. But the thinking transfers. Once you've packaged your expertise into 15 skill files, you own that IP in plain text, and you can adapt it anywhere.
I never came to a previous Build-a-Thon. Am I behind?
No. The Hire Your First AI Employee training (that's the full Cowork 101 session) is in your bonus stack. Watch it the weekend before, walk in caught up. Build 15 stands on its own.
Do all 15 skills really get built in two hours?
Yes, because you're not starting from a blank page. Each skill starts from my proven template, and you customize it to your business as we go. Some you'll finish in the room. The stragglers you'll finish that week with the Skill Builder template.
What if I can't make it live?
I'll be straight with you. There is no replay for this one. Skills get built live, in your account, in your words, and a recording of someone else's build doesn't build yours. Mastermind members get every replay, so that door exists if you want it. But if August 5 truly can't work for you, please don't buy this ticket. I'd rather keep your trust than take your $297.
Is this really the last public Build-a-Thon?
That's the plan. After Build 15, Build-a-Thons move inside the mastermind, where members get every future build, every replay, and monthly live calls. I won't swear the door never cracks open again. I will say I wouldn't bet $297 on it.
How is this different from the free Claude courses?
The free courses teach you what a skill is. August 5 hands you 15 of them, written for your business, installed in your account, with the woman who runs her company on this exact system sitting in the room while you build.
Can my VA or assistant attend with me?
One ticket, one seat, one screen. If you want your VA on the call, buy them their own ticket. Honestly, that's the smarter move. Skills are the best training manual a VA has ever had.
Can I expense this through my business?
Yes. We'll send a receipt with your business name on it.
AI Marketing Nation. The rooms Rachel learns in are the rooms you get the shortcuts from.
Picture your Monday after August 5.
You type "write this week's posts" and stop. No 20-minute preamble. No pasting the mega-prompt. She already knows, because your Brand Voice skill loads itself.
A lead emails at 10 AM. "Draft the follow-up." Your sequence, your tone, your booking link, done in 40 seconds. A client call ends at 2 PM. "Recap." Action items come back formatted the way you decided once, on August 5, forever.
You close your laptop at 4. Your expertise kept working.
That's not a vision board. That's what a trained AI employee does every Monday inside my company. You can keep carrying it all, or you can get out of the weeds. August 5 is the day your employee gets trained.
